This spring, our rooftop pool bar, Level Seven, relaunches after a brief winter hiatus, with a fresh new Veuve Clicquot look and a revitalised menu offering of vibrant cocktails inspired by tropical coastlines and the tantalising taste of street food from around the world.

Journey from land to sea with The Wilmot's all new seasonal menu brought to you by Executive Chef, Daniel Menzies, serving you unique and experiential flavour combinations that celebrate Australia's great produce.

For the love of shared experiences, The Wilmot has launched a sharing menu curated to highlight the best on offer this season and featuring signature dishes like the Wagyu sirloin with potato galettes. Catering to large groups of minimum 6 pax at $60.
