Primus Hotel Sydney has quickly become one of Sydney’s hottest destinations for fine dining and delightful cocktails. 

To celebrate this, we have launched The Epicurean – a quarterly newsletter where you can keep up to date on our seasonal offerings and much more. 

This edition has a range of offers to help bring in the warmer months.

For the parched of throat, our Cocktails in the Spring in the Lobby Bar includes two brand new flavours: Sweet Coconut and Irish Spring. Served with liquid nitrogen and smoke, you’ll cool down immediately while being transported to a dreamy landscape.

Continuing into summer are our daily High Tea Soirees starting at $45pp, and our spectacular “splendiferous” dining experiences at The Wilmot which starts at $30 including a glass of wine.
