Not every business decision is made in the boardroom. Indeed, some of the best and biggest have been done in the presence of a glass of rich merlot and the aroma of Michelin Star-winning food.
Which is why the Primus Hotel Sydney is bringing back the traditional business lunch, available daily at the Wilmot between 12 and 3pm.
Choosing between one, two, or three course menus curated by Chef Ryan Hong, The Wilmot Business Lunch is the perfect way to impress a client, your boss or simply celebrate with a colleague.
To start, tantalise the palate with one of our selection of high-end caviars. Or, for those with more traditional tastes, relish a serving of rock oysters.
For entrée, while you’re spoilt for choice, many cannot go past the rabbit tortellini served with smoked ham broth, carrot and zucchini; or salt baked kohlrabi with Persian feta, micro herb salad and hazelnut.
Your mains are just as varied in flavour and creativity – Barossa Valley chicken with harissa, confit thigh, pea purée and truss cherry tomato; sous-vide lamb rump and spinach purée, eggplant and capsicum salsa with olive oil.
Or slow roasted lemon myrtle lamb shoulder to share, topped off with roasted rosemary and garlic chat potato, grilled broccolini and baby gem lettuce salad.
To conclude – and sweeten the final details – choose from our legendary selection of desserts.
Because we also understand that no meal is complete without an accompanying drink, guests will also be treated to a complimentary glass of wine.
Cost of The Wilmot Business Lunch starts from $30 per person and bookings are essential.
The Wilmot Business Lunch will take place daily, between 12pm and 3pm.
