This spring, pastry chef Andria Liu has assembled a delicious variety of desserts that will tantalise the tastebuds while celebrating burst of spring warmth.

Give your sweet tooth an extra fix with rocky road, toasted marshmallow, raspberry and coconut sorbet; try a modern take on a classic with the Vanilla crème légère with watermelon, shortbread and strawberry granita.

For a more refreshing finish to your meal, however, you may want to instead order the orange almond cake, muscovado chocolate cream, sesame praline ice cream.

Of course, this is on the assumption that you’ll only order just one. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself sitting in front of four different plates at once…
