You’ve waited long enough. Now is the chance to experience Sydney’s most lavish new rooftop destination – Level Seven at the Primus Hotel Sydney.
Launching to stellar reviews earlier this month, Level Seven hasn’t just lived up to the buzz but surpassed expectation in every area – comfort, impeccable style, and a sunset view like no other.
But of course, where Level Seven has really shone has been the incredible assortment of food and beverage. In particular, our gourmet platters.
Because food is always better when experienced shared with friends, The Primus Hotel Sydney has created a range of platters that cater to all palates and preferences with one linking theme – they all had to be delicious.
After a starter of fresh Sydney rock oysters, guests can select one of four incredible gourmet platters:
The Charcuterie and Jaffle Platter is the purist’s favourite with a twist – a selection of cold cuts, pickles and condiments served with bread, chorizo and mozzarella jaffles.
The Haloumi and Vegetable Antipasti Platter is the vegetarian’s delight, serving char grilled vegetables and haloumi, pickles, condiments, breads, and olives.
The final two – The Cheese Board and Fruit Platter – promise a more dessert-style offering, serving chef’s selection of four international cheeses with crackers and dry fruit, or seasonal sliced fruit respectively.
Of course, there’s nothing stopping you from coming up and enjoy one of these amazing platters on your own along with a quiet wine – but don’t be surprised if you make a new friend in the process.
Level Seven is now open from 12PM daily.
