Now pouring at the Wilmot, Chandon S
If you needed another reason to celebrate, summer just became a little more bubblier thanks to Chandon S.
Now pouring on Primus Hotel Sydney’s lauded restaurant, The Wilmot, is the deliciously refreshing Chandon S – the perfect drink to accompany an afternoon against the Sydney summer skyline.
Made from a blend of Chandon sparkling and hand crafted orange bitters, Chandon S is inspired by the original Champagne Cocktail recipe, first published in 1862. This was made using a lump of sugar with one or two dashes of Angostura bitters in a goblet of Champagne, served over ice with a twist of lemon peel.
Reimagined for a modern palate, the unique bitters flavour in every bottle of Chandon S has been created using seven natural, high quality, local ingredients including blood orange and navel orange peel, gentian root, fresh ginger, vanilla, cinnamon and green cardamom.
Chandon is Australia’s only sparkling wine with a genuine French heritage, and is an iconic drink that combines the best of both countries in a fresh and effervescent new way.
According to the experts, Chandon S is best enjoyed over ice with a twist of orange. But you can drink it any way you want
