For lovers of indulgence of just the satisfaction of the occasional sweet tooth, The Primus Hotel Sydney has your just-desserts.

A little indulgence is good for the soul. Which is why The Primus Hotel Sydney has decided to help you give in to impulse in the most stylish and delicious, way possible.

On the last Wednesday of every month, The Lobby will be transformed into a wondrous world of flavour with our Delectable Dessert pop-up.

From 2pm, for two hours, you can feast on a variety of exquisite cakes, sweets, chocolate goods and other decadent treats designed and created by our executive pastry chef, Andrea Liu.

Even if cakes aren’t your thing, our once-a-month pop-up is a unique alternative to the traditional meeting setting. Treat your clients to a lavish afternoon of delightful flavours in the grandiose art deco surrounds of The Lobby.

 

Tea and coffee will be available throughout, and the bar will also be open if you happen to feel the desire for something a little stronger.

The Delectable Dessert pop-up, presented by executive pastry chef Andrea Liu, will take place in The Lobby from 2pm on the last Wednesday of every month.
