A Very Primus Easter

Treat your self, and maybe even a few friends, to a delicious Easter dining experience at The Wilmot.

The Easter holiday is a true foodies delight. And one of the best things to do, with both holidays and food, is share it with someone special. Or as many special folk as you like.

This Easter, The Wilmot’s Executive Chef Daniel Menzies has created a masterpiece of culinary wizardry that will run the week leading into the long weekend, wrapping up on April 2.

Called an Edible Easter Garden, this is the dessert lover’s dream.

Start with salted caramel chocolate mushroom with a pink white chocolate cap and a milk chocolate butterfly and bumble bee.

If that hasn’t already satiated your sweet tooth, there is short bread crumb soil with mini chocolate truffles, a bunny bum filled with yuzu mousse with a liquid raspberry centre, vanilla ice cream stones, and a half tiramisu Easter egg. Oh, and some Baby carrot, fresh flowers, raspberries and baby herbs – because you should always eat your greens.

This dessert is designed to be shared between two for $28.

Friday 30th March (Good Friday) - Normal trading hours

Saturday 31st March - Normal trading hours

Sunday 1st April (Easter Sunday) - Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Monday 2nd April (Easter Monday) - Open for breakfast, closed for lunch and dinner.
