Summer at Primus Hotel Sydney

As the weather warms, we’re keeping our cool with some very sweet deals and events this summer.

Whether you’re keen to explore a new city, organising a romantic interlude for you and someone special or just looking to experience something a little less ordinary – Primus Hotel Sydney has just what you need.

For food lovers, take a bite into our delicious seasonal menu in our acclaimed restaurant The Wilmot. Head Chef Ryan Hong has created a scrumptious selection of flavours and courses to compliment the warmer nights. You can choose from either a single course to three course dining option that includes a complimentary glass of wine.

But for the younger at heart or those who seeking something with a bit more groove, Friday nights in the Lobby is the place to be with DJs performing between 6pm and 9pm. Compliment your cocktails with a new, weekly menu of street food to indulge the taste buds.

And last but not least – the Rooftop Bar*. A New York-style venue with a view of the Sydney skyline, is there any better way to spend a summer evening than poolside with a fresh beverage in the hand?

We didn’t think so.

*Access to the Rooftop Bar is for in house guests and their guests only.
