Sir David Attenborough – A Quest for Life

The greatest explorer of the natural world, Sir David Attenborough returns to Sydney for a series of live talks on the topic he loves so much: Life.

By Benjamen Judd

Starting on Tuesday February 7 and running for three nights at the State Theatre, the greatest adventurer and explorer of the natural world Sir David Attenborough will take part in a series of talks called The Quest for Life

Hosted by Ray Martin, A Quest for Life will look back at Sir David’s life work: a career dedicated to the natural world, the changes he has witnessed since first filming Zoo Quest in the 1950’s right up to today and the environmental challenges the natural world now faces.

One of the first to really push the nature documentary genre, Sir David Attenborough has been a driving force behind the ethical preservation of the planet. This has quite often put him at odds with more conservative sectors of the community but it has only strengthened his position as one of the most popular and applauded naturists on the planet.

This is a truly once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see and hear one of the most well-traveled humans live and experience first-hand the passion that has been Attenborough’s gift to us and countless generations to come.

For information on ticketing, head to the State Theatre’s official website.

Sir David Attenborough’s Quest for Life will be held at the State Theatre, starting on Tuesday February 7 and finishing on Friday, February 9.
