Client Liason at the Metro

Melbourne-based band Client Liaison are about to embark on their most comprehensive Australian tour to date

By Benjamen Judd

Chasing the release of their debut LP, Q3/Q4, electro-pop duo Client Liaison have announced World of Our Love, a national tour that will include two shows on May 26 and 27 at The Metro Theatre.

After spending 2015 and the start of 2016 killing it on the festival trail, Monte Morgan & Harvey Miller have carved themselves a permanent space in the Australian music scene.

Already their first single off the new album, the eponymously named World of Our Love, has become a Triple J hit. And it’s as catchy an earworm as you would hope for leading up to a national run.

An electric throb that’s impossible not to dance to, some casual gospel vocals to help raise the spirits and a dash of faux strings round it off.

Even if you’ve seen them already at any of their recent festival gigs (Groovin’ the Moo was a particularly stellar set), this isn’t the sort of show you miss out by choice.

Because with the World of Our Love tour, expect everything and nothing that you’ve seen already from the Melbourne duo.

New sets, new wardrobe (one detail that would be near impossible to improve), new locations and most importantly – new music.

Client Liaison’s World of Our Love tour will arrive in Sydney for two nights at the Metro on May 26 and 27.
