Bondi Winter Magic

Escape into a world of frozen fun with a twist at Bondi’s annual Winter Magic.

Sydney winters tend to be a mild affair, with only a day or two of truly chilly weather. But that’s not to say that we don’t know how to celebrate the change in seasons!

Bondi Winter Magic combines the best of both worlds – wintery fun with set against the iconic golden sands and blue waters of Bondi Beach.

Running throughout the month of July, the event includes a variety of outdoor – and some somewhat cosier – activities including art exhibitions and live music.

But the big drawcard is the skating rink. Because who wouldn’t love ice-skating on the beach?

Running until July 16, the Bondi Ice Rink is a unique experience and the most popular attraction during Winter Magic. And for very good reason.

Located on the forecourt of the Bondi Pavilion with unobstructed views of the beach, you can skate to the sounds of waves crashing against the shore. The rink is open until 9pm, so if you’re looking for something a little out of the ordinary for date night or unwind under the stars after a day of sightseeing then here’s your chance.

Bondi Winter Magic is happening now across Bondi Beach. For more information on events, ticketing and times, head to their official website.
